Hi! I'm Jorge Alberto Wong Sánchez, and my life has always revolved around cooking and hospitality. From my beginnings, I have sought the perfect balance between the chef's creativity and the administrator's astuteness.

It all started in May 2010. I launched into the adventure of owning my own business, Baja Produce Deli Places. For almost a decade, I was the "jack-of-all-trades": cook, manager, accountant... I learned the true value of every peso and every minute invested.
In 2014, I formalized my passion and graduated as a BBA Professional Cook from UABC, which gave me the theoretical foundations I needed.
After my time as an owner, I took the reins at Los Arcos (Nov 2019 – Jun 2022) as General Manager and Chef. It was amazing to be able to innovate the menu and genuinely connect with my team and clients.
Looking to grow even more, I landed in Vancouver. I certified in Hospitality Management at Cornerstone International Community College (Jul 2022 – Aug 2024) and currently, I enjoy the challenge of being the Sous Chef and Kitchen Manager at Alimentaria Mexicana, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
Now, I'm excited to share my next big step with you. I am a partner and co-founder of an incredible project called El Panzón. We are cooking up something special that will see the light of day soon. Stay tuned!
